Got a to go order for dinner while visiting from New Orleans. Regular beef pho & spring rolls. Very quick and yummy! Very new and clean interior.

My fourth time going there I will never go there again. It takes one hour from the time you order your food for it to be ready. I really believe that they can't afford to make your food so that's why they wait for you to show up and then you have to wait an extra 30 minutes for your food! ridiculous I do not recommend! And I couldn't get any sodas in the can because they were all expired probably got it from China. They have lost my business! There are lots of businesses in the area that I could go to I don't need to wait an hour for food really?

I am so glad I stopped at this relatively new restaurant, they've only been running for 2 months. The food was amazing! Everything I ordered had a variety of flavors. This could become my new comfort food! The staff is extremely friendly and ready with suggestions if you need them. This isn't just food, it's an experience.

The resto is very clean which I love & the food are exceptional. I'm so glad to find another Vietnamese Resto around this area. The service was great and they're personable.

I used to go out of my way to eat at Pho Tien because I loved their food even though it was all the way in town and I live in Moss Bluff. I saw this place was opening and I decided to give it a chance. Their beef pho is so delicious and the meat in it is really high quality. The owner came out to introduce himself to me and tell me about the restaurant and how his family works there with him. He was very warm and inviting and friendly. He restaurant is really clean and bright inside. I will definitely be back. Pho Tien might just have to kiss me goodbye!

A good Vietnamese restaurant in the area located just outside Lake Charles! The sandwiches are very good, perhaps my favorite, and reasonably priced, on a French baguette with hot-off-the-grill chicken or pork. There is also a Vietnamese cold-cut sandwich as well. The pho has fresh ingredients and comes out streaming hot. The portions appeared smaller than most Vietnamese restaurants I have been to, but it turned out to be ample and hearty. The restaurant is very clean with exceptionally good service: Mr. Thanh Tan, the owner, goes out of his way to introduce himself to each customer and makes sure everyone leaves satisfied!

We were so excited to try this place as pho tien is okay but seems kind of dirty IMO. The service was terrible and the food was not good at all. My boyfriend had the shrimp poboy and the shrimp were obviously the frozen breaded kind that you can get in the frozen section at Walmart. I had the noodle salad which was..bleh. We also had spring rolls that were so full of cilantro that they were gross. I really wish Lake Charles had a good Vietnamese place like the old Saigon on prien Lake. I miss that place.

Great pho. Pretty much the same as every other good pho place I've been to. Had the Saigon Special, worth every penny. They had country music playing which I thought was a bit weird but I guess maybe other patrons enjoy it.

We fell in love with Phó Saigon the minute we walked in the door! This restaurant is kept very clean. The owner is very nice and personable. The food is excellent! We lived in Houston for 12 years and knew what to expect from an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. This place delivers!! The one and only tip that I have is that if you order the vermicelli with chicken or pork, you should ask for the dish to be served cold. It is supposed to be cold. In other words, if you want it warmed, ask for warm; if you want it cold, ask for cold. Because so many are unaware of this, they are starting to serve it warm, but this makes the noodles a tad over-cooked. So, ask for the authentic vermicelli, which is cold. I doubt that you will miss the warm. Oh! And the owner promises, no MSG!

Love, love, love it! Very clean restaurant. Pho was really good. They did not short us on meat or noodles. I liked the spring rolls and egg rolls but i do wish the egg rolls came with lettuce for that extra crunch and also helps scoop up fish sauce. Otherwise all was great and I will be back.

Not a good place if you are asian. The noodles taste like they came out the microwave. However, the broth is good. They just need to fix whatever it is that they are doing wrong with the noodles. The Vietnamese poboy is decent but nothing to rave about.

Good Vietnamese for the area. The fresh summer rolls are small, thin, and lack flavor. The Pho and Hu Tieu was sweet to the taste, but did have some authentic flavors. The grilled chicken plate had lots of nice flavor. Wouldn't say id come back and wouldn't tell people not to try it for themselves.

Was sick an hour after I ate there, would not recommend. Well, at least it tasted good.
